Bob Samuels

Chief Executive Officer & B2B Pipeline Architect

Bob Samuels is the Chief Executive Officer of TechResources and TechConnectr, where he serves as a B2B pipeline architect and growth consultant. With more than 20 years of dedicated experience in data-driven demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and customer acquisition strategy, Bob has guided dozens of technology enterprises through complex market expansions.
 
Founded on the principle of transparency, Bob’s leadership has disrupted the traditional “black box” of lead generation. He champions an advisory-led model that shifts the focus from raw volume to high-fidelity, qualified pipelines. Under his direction, TechResources and TechConnectr act as custom architects for clients, deploying an optimal mix of tele-first origination, multi-provider intent data orchestration, and rigorous human-led BANT qualification.
 
As a recognized voice in marketing technology, Bob hosts the prominent enterprise interview series Candid with Bob as well as the ABM Leaders’ Group interactive forums. Through these platforms, he brings together top industry minds to deconstruct emerging marketing trends and data strategies. His current professional focus centers on data integrity and the “Agentic Shift” in B2B marketing—helping modern enterprises successfully transition from basic prompt engineering into automated, AI-powered system orchestration.
 
Bob holds a deep commitment to precision and strategic patience—principles he carries over into his personal life as an avid gardener and competitive pickleball player.
 

Mike Farrell

President

Career Profile: Mike is a proven high-growth leader with 40+ years in the IT Channel and B2B Demand Gen/SDR Agency industries with both start-up and public companies. Direct leadership experience with eight M&A events. Experience working at the Board of Directors level. 

Mike is the former CEO of Green Leads, where he led the business turnaround and growth by focusing on strategic product differentiation, customer acquisition, and providing a high-touch high-quality client experience. He achieved 4x Revenue and 20x profitability growth in 3 years. He orchestrated a successful exit for the 3 shareholders, selling to Next15 Group in June 2022. 

Prior to Green Leads, Mike was consulting for PE firms to stand up SDR teams in SaaS companies. He spent 15 years as the Chief Operating Officer of BAO in Andover, MA. He joined when it was a startup and was the driving force behind its growth into a category-leading appointment generation agency with over 200 employees and more than $ 20 million in revenue. 

Prior to BAO, Mike was SVP of Sales at PC Connection (NASDAQ: CNXN), where he led the transformation to a B2B sales model, doubling revenue to $1.4B in his tenure. He designed the acquisition strategy & identified targets for the firm’s first 2 acquisitions. 

At CompuCom Systems Mike was VP of Sales of Public Sector after it acquired CIC System where he was VP of Sales, Marketing & Professional Services for the national IT solutions provider. Earlier in his career he held numerous sales leadership positions at CIC and Copley Systems where he was the integration specialist folding in the acquisitions of two firms to create the national footprint. 

He holds a BS in Business Administration from Merrimack College. He is a former member of AA-ISP, past President of the Hopkinton HS Athletic Booster Association, and is on the Board of Bright Spirits Children’s Foundation. He and his wife of 40 years, Kathleen, live in Massachusetts and have four adult married children and eight grandchildren.

MP is a seasoned operations leader and strategic professional with extensive experience in the Information Technology and services industry. With a career defined by a strong emphasis on business planning and analytical rigor, he specializes in driving growth through sophisticated B2B strategies, including demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).

His core expertise spans the full operational lifecycle, from market research and transitions to manpower development and large-scale lead-generation operations. MP has a proven track record in high-stakes, client-facing roles, managing complex projects and campaigns while maintaining a sharp focus on Account Management. His industry knowledge is particularly robust within the BFSI sector, where he leverages deep insights to navigate regulatory and service-oriented challenges.
 
A results-oriented leader, MP excels in P&L management, optimizing business analytics to deliver tangible value. He is highly proficient in vendor management and the development of internal policies and procedures designed to enhance organizational efficiency. Central to his professional philosophy is a commitment to excellence in Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), ensuring that both external clients and internal stakeholders receive exceptional service. His blend of operational mastery and strategic marketing makes him a pivotal asset in scaling business performance and fostering long-term client partnerships.

Spencer Bradley

With over a decade of experience in the enterprise technology industry, I now serve as Vice President of Sales at TechResources.ai, an emerging leader in connecting technology buyers and vendors through AI-powered research, insights, and engagement. In this role, I am responsible for driving strategic growth, building lasting client relationships, and expanding our reach across the global technology marketplace. 

I bring deep expertise in sales strategy, marketing, territory management, and customer needs analysis, backed by a proven track record of closing high-value deals, generating demand, and fostering long-term partnerships with customers, partners, and technology vendors. 

My knowledge spans the key pillars of enterprise technology — including AI, data management, analytics, cybersecurity, CRM, ERP, cloud, and networking — and I leverage this insight to guide buyers and sellers toward smarter, faster decisions.
